ADX Fest: ADX + Belonging without othering

  • ADX 417 Southeast 11th Avenue Portland, OR, 97214 United States (map)

Join Dr. Kimberly Nightingale for an evening of engaging, interactive experiences focused on building belonging as a path forward for cities. The future of cities is centered around belonging. Everybody belongs. To grow belonging in a community, people need power and decision-making over their own lives and communities. Organizing through repeated, intergenerational, arts/culture-based community gatherings, dialogue, and action, with youth facilitation and leadership, is the path forward. By being in solidarity, we can build better systems locally, nationally, and globally that nurture people of all generations.

A short film by Dawn Jones Redstone will be screened as a part of this event. Join us!
