With generous funding from the Central Eastside Better Together Grant, ADX is transforming our parking lot into a vibrant community gathering hub, and we need your help to bring it to life. On May 24th, join us for a hands-on day of creativity, collaboration, and community building as we reimagine this space together.
We’ll be rolling up our sleeves to paint murals, plant a beautiful new garden, and create interactive art elements that will make this outdoor space a welcoming, dynamic hub for neighbors, makers, and visitors alike. Whether you’re an artist, a gardener, a builder, or just someone who loves to contribute to community-driven projects, there’s a place for you here.
No experience? No problem. All skill levels are welcome, and we’ll provide supplies, guidance, and plenty of encouragement. You can paint a section of the mural, get your hands dirty planting greenery, help construct creative features, or simply lend a hand and cheer others on. It’s all about working together and shaping a space that reflects the energy and spirit of our neighborhood.
We’ll have music, refreshments, and lots of opportunities to meet fellow community members, share ideas, and celebrate the power of collective creativity. Whether you stay for an hour or the whole day, your contribution will leave a lasting mark.
