OUR TEAM

Kelley founded Art Design Xchange (ADX) in 2011 after 2 years of dreaming and scheming while operating Art Department. She has a bachelors degree in geology, a masters degree in urban planning, stopped working for the man back in 2005, and has since started 4 businesses, wrote two books, co-oproduced a documentary film, traveled the world, served on non-profit boards and provided consulting services to creative individuals, businesses and organizations on every continent except Antarctica.

Kelley leads the ADX team in support of our ongoing vision to help people grow their creative expression by providing space, tools, resources and time for authentic, in-person, face to face connections and collaborations.

She loves co-creating experiences, projects, spaces and places, so reach out to schedule a meeting with her.

Jess Werner

Archivist

I worked on the archive and yearbook zine project for the 15th anniversary of ADX, helping dig through years of photos, prints, flyers, and assorted creative chaos to build a publication celebrating the community’s history. My role included organizing archival materials, assisting with layout and production, and spending an unreasonable amount of time making tiny design adjustments that absolutely nobody else would notice. I genuinely loved working on the project and being part of something that highlighted the artists, friendships, and collaborative spirit that make ADX such a special creative community. The project combined research, collaboration, and classic hands-on zine labor to create a record of fifteen years of art, experimentation, and organized mess.

Zach has been a part of the ADX community since its founding in 2011. He is a want-to-be welder, but his craft truly lies in sign painting and murals.
